In 1999, Delta Air Lines approached FLM to develop a unique, custom content experience as part of their overhead map channel system. The customer experiences we develop encompass a variety of types - nearly all driven by flight specific data. From aircraft type to latitude and longitude, and geographic facts along with trivia, news, insights and advertising, this data inform and entertain passengers throughout their journey. As distribution systems have evolved from overhead to personal screens to wireless distribution, our custom content map programs continue to evolve with them.
