Broadcast Arrival Information
No longer a stranger in a strange land! Building upon the success of our geographic entertainment program with Delta Air Lines, United Airlines approached us in 2002 with an even more ambitious project - developing autonomous broadcast arrival information for over 20 cities. The key objective of the program was ensuring that passengers consistently received critical arrival procedure information before landing. Additionally, the most relevant time to provide the information was immediately prior to landing, yet this is a critical time for in-flight crew members. Our arrival program ensured that the arrival program required no crew member action. The screens simply displayed the information according to United specifications.
